Abidjan Plateau by Night
I had the pleasure of photographing the Plateau district of Abidjan by night, capturing its unique beauty through long-exposure shots. This series also features the Pont Alassane Ouattara, a stunning cable-stayed bridge also known as the Pont de Cocody, which has become a prominent monument in the city. With these photographs, I aim to pay tribute to this remarkable district, highlighting its iconic bridges and towering buildings that majestically embrace the Félix Houphouët-Boigny stadium, affectionately known as the Félicia.
Le Plateau stands as a symbol of unity and grandeur for the Ivorian nation. Its illuminated skyline reflects the vibrant spirit and resilience of Côte d'Ivoire, glowing brightly against the night sky. Through these images, I celebrate the architectural elegance and the heart of Abidjan, inviting viewers to witness the city in its most enchanting light.

The Félix-Houphouët-Boigny stadium, nicknamed "Le Félicia", is the first national multifunctional stadium (football, rugby, athletics) in Côte d'Ivoire, named after the first President of Côte d'Ivoire, Félix Houphouët-Boigny. Located in the Plateau district of Abidjan, it has a capacity of around 29,000 spectators. It hosts matches for the Ivorian football team, as well as some matches in the national football championship.
